PAARAZAR specializes in the sale of cosmetic products and related items on its Website. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of services and products to customers of the Website.

PAARAZAR’s products and services are offered only in Morocco and in the French language. For logistical reasons, subscriptions or orders outside this geographical area will not be considered.

Service Availability

Unless unforeseen circumstances beyond PAARAZAR’s control, the Website is normally accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round, except for voluntary interruptions for maintenance. PAARAZAR cannot be held liable for any physical, material, or moral damage caused by the unavailability of the Website.

Prices of Services and Products for Sale on the Site

The prices of services and products sold on the Website are indicated in Dirhams, including all taxes. The products ordered are invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of the order registration.

Prices of services and products may be changed by PAARAZAR at any time, and the customer will be informed of any modification before placing an order.

Shipping costs are not included in the selling prices and will be charged additionally, depending on the order amount. These costs will be indicated before the order registration.

Availability

The offers presented by PAARAZAR are valid as long as they are announced on the Website and within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of one or more products or services after placing the order, the customer will be notified by email. The order amount will be recalculated, and the customer will be charged the new amount, minus the missing products. If the order is entirely unavailable, the customer will be informed by email and neither debited nor refunded. In this case, PAARAZAR cannot be held responsible for any damage suffered by the customer or liable to pay damages.

Orders

By confirming their order by clicking on the « Validate your payment » icon, the customer knowingly accepts the content and conditions of the order, including these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities, and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the customer. PAARAZAR will then confirm the order by email to the customer.

PAARAZAR reserves the right to suspend or cancel any execution of an order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of execution, in case of default or partial payment of any amount due by the customer, in case of payment incident, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of PAARAZAR’s Website, including during previous orders.

In case of error in entering the email address or non-receipt of the confirmation email, PAARAZAR’s liability cannot be engaged. In this case, the sale will be considered final, except in case of order cancellation by PAARAZAR, particularly in case of product unavailability.

However, the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in Article 6 of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Cash on Delivery Payment

After validating their order, the customer receives a summary email of their order. The customer must pay the transaction amount in cash upon delivery.

PAARAZAR reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in case of non-payment of any amount due by the customer or in case of payment incident.
